强化机关科室经济责任制考核,是完善企业经济责任制的重要组成部分。考核方法的科学性、综合性、激励性和实效性如何,是经济责任制能否正确贯彻执行、能否取得良好效果的关键。机关科室的考核工作是一项复杂的管理工程,各科室工作性质不同,工作难度不同,表现形式也不同,考核指标难以定量。因此必须制定科学的考核办法,才能达到奖勤罚懒,奖优罚
