以柿叶为材料,以总多酚的提取率为考察指标,采用Folin-Ciocalteu法对柿叶总多酚含量进行了测定,并采用超声技术通过单因素实验(乙醇浓度、料液比、温度及时间)和正交实验对柿叶中多酚类物质的提取工艺进行探讨。确定柿叶中多酚类物质的最佳超声提取工艺条件为:用40%的乙醇溶液,按1:40的料液比,在50℃下提取20min。在此条件下总多酚的提取率可达5.69%。
Persimmon leaves were used as materials, and total polyphenols were taken as the indexes. Folin-Ciocalteu method was used to determine the total polyphenol content of persimmon leaves, and ultrasonography was used to pass single factor experiments (ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, temperature). Timely and orthogonal experiments were conducted to explore the extraction process of polyphenols from persimmon leaves. The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions for determination of polyphenols in persimmon leaves were as follows: 40% ethanol solution was used, and the material-to-liquid ratio of 1:40 was used to extract 20 minutes at 50°C. Under this condition, the total polyphenol extraction rate can reach 5.69%.
