以竹红菌甲素(HA)和竹红菌乙素(HB)为参比,系统地研究了实验室生物合成制备的苝醌类化合物-痂囊腔菌素A(EA)的光物理和光敏化特性.结果表明EA光敏可产生单重态氧,其量子产率为0.98,高于HB(Φ=0.84).同时通过吸收光谱分析了EA在无氧条件下半醌负离子的产生,通过纳秒时间分辨瞬态吸收光谱研究了EA的三重态T-T吸收,得到了EA在环己烷溶剂中的瞬态吸收光谱,测定了EA三重态寿命,并采用基线漂白法确定了EA的T-T摩尔消光系数.
Hypocrellin A (HA) and Hypocrellin B (HB) were used as reference to systematically study the photophysical and biochemical properties of perylenequinone-caliclovirocystin A (EA) prepared by laboratory biosynthesis Photosensitization.The results showed that the photogenerated singlet oxygen produced by EA had a quantum yield of 0.98 and higher than that of HB (Φ = 0.84) .At the same time, the production of semiquinone anion by EA in anaerobic condition was analyzed by absorption spectrum.
