在两年重茬油菜田内调查结果表明:油菜菌核病发病率与子囊盘田间密度有极显著的相关性。利用回归方程^yp=100/(1+e28159-03417x)和^ys=100/(1+e28648-02744x)可预测菌核病的病株率^yp和病茎率^ys。油菜菌核病子囊盘密度3个/m2以下时,为中等偏轻发生;4~5个/m2时,为中等偏重发生;6个/m2以上时为大发生。
The results of two years of continuous cropping rape field showed that the incidence of sclerotinia sclerotiorum had a very significant correlation with the field density of ascus. Using the regression equation ^ yp = 100 / (1 + e2 8159-0 3417x) and ^ ys = 100 / (1 + e2 8648-0 2744x) can predict the sclerotinia disease plant rate ^ yp and disease stem rate ^ ys. When the density of rape mycelium was less than 3 per m2, it was moderate to moderate; 4 to 5 per m2, moderate to severe, and over 6 per m2.
