我厂液压傅动电加工机床,结构较简单,制造较容易,适合于一般低压电器和仪器仪表厂制造模具使用。一、机床结构该机床分机械与电器两部分。机械部分的结构如图1所示,其中除主轴头是液压传动外,工作台与油槽的升降,均由电机带动齿轮与絲杠,使在床身导轨上作上下移动,并由牵引电磁铁来控制离合器,使其达到所需要的位置。为避免工作台与油槽超过最大行程,又在行程终点设置限位开关。工作台的最大升降距为175毫米,油槽的最大升降距为270毫米,工作台面积为240×200毫米,电极夹端面到工作台面的最大距离为198毫米,主轴头的最大送进行程为100毫米。
