随着硅钢产品板形质量要求日趋严苛,冷轧工序对热轧带钢板形要求也越来越高,其中边降是硅钢板形中的一项重要指标。针对CSP同宽轧制引起带钢边部减薄严重、成材率低等问题,开发了边部带锥度的非对称工作辊边降控制新技术。分析了CSP辊形配置的板形控制特点,并在下游机架引入了锥度工作辊辊型,介绍了锥辊边降控制原理以及主要特征参数的设计方法。结果表明,新辊型配置方案投入现场连续应用后,明显改善了带钢边降控制效果。
With the increasingly stringent quality requirements of the silicon steel sheet shape, cold-rolled strip hot-rolled steel sheet process requirements are also getting higher and higher, of which the side down is an important indicator of the shape of silicon steel. Aiming at the problems of serious strip edge thinning and low finished product rate caused by CSP rolling, a new technology of edge taper with asymmetrical work roll edge control was developed. The shape control feature of CSP roll configuration was analyzed. A taper work roll type was introduced into downstream machine frame. The principle of conical roll edge drop control and the design method of main characteristic parameters were introduced. The results show that the new roll configuration scheme put into the scene after continuous application, significantly improved strip edge control effect.
