为适应高速飞行器的轨迹和姿态近距离测量的需要,我所曾研制过双反射镜式小型高速电影经纬仪。它要求自动调焦系统提高快速响应性能和调焦精度。 电影经纬仪自动调焦系统通常采用光楔或镜组作为调焦补偿元件,本文试对这两种调焦补偿元件从精度方面予以比较,并着重介绍了用镜组作为调焦补偿元件的自动调焦系统。 本文所介绍的自动调焦系统的特点是采用了直流伺服系统和线性固体组件作有源校正,提高了系统的带宽。结构上采用了调焦镜筒导轨滚动轴承的结构,系统具有快速响应的能力和较高的跟踪精度。系统具有引导距离调焦、半自动距离调焦、半自动温度调焦和手动调焦等多种操作方式。在跟踪飞行器时,既可用激光测距所得到的距离信息,也可用理论弹道的距离信息,或由计算机给出距离信息,从而自动地调整调焦镜位置,并完成距离调焦工作。 本系统在我国研制成的小型高速电影经纬仪上已获得了成功的应用。
In order to meet the needs of high-speed aircraft trajectory and attitude measurement of close range, I have developed a dual-mirror small high-speed movie Theodolite. It requires an autofocus system to improve fast response and focus accuracy. Film theodolite autofocus system usually adopts the wedge or mirror group as the focus compensation element, this article attempts to compare these two kinds of focus compensation elements from the accuracy aspect, and emphatically introduces the use of the mirror group as the focusing compensation element auto-tune Coke system. Autofocusing system introduced in this paper is characterized by the use of DC servo system and linear solid components for active correction, improve the system bandwidth. The structure adopts the structure of the focusing barrel guide roller bearing, the system has the ability of fast response and high tracking precision. The system has guide distance focusing, semi-automatic distance focusing, semi-automatic temperature and manual focusing and other operating modes. When tracking the aircraft, the distance information obtained by laser ranging, the distance information of the theoretical ballistic or the distance information given by the computer can be used to automatically adjust the position of the focusing lens and accomplish the distance focusing. This system has been successfully applied in the small high-speed theodolite developed in our country.
