本文建立了机械驱动系统的理论模型和动摩擦力模型,并通过实验,测出了导轨的静态和动态摩擦系数,找出了实验机床的粘性阻尼系数与进给速度的关系,还得到了一些有价值的结果。实验结果表明:实际动摩擦力模型与理论模型吻合。
In this paper, the theoretical model and the dynamic friction model of the mechanical drive system are established. The static and dynamic friction coefficients of the guide rail are measured and the relationship between the viscous damping coefficient and the feed rate of the experimental machine tool is obtained. The value of the result. The experimental results show that the actual dynamic friction model is in good agreement with the theoretical model.
