目的探讨冷盐水灌注射频消融冠状静脉窦内及其分支旁道的方法学及有效性、安全性。方法选择11例经心内膜途径标测和消融失败者,经冠状静脉窦内或其分支内标测到旁道电位或A-V(V-A)最近、融合处,应用普通温控或冷盐水灌注温控电极,在冠状静脉窦或其分支内射频消融。结果11例患者均消融成功。结论冠状静脉窦内及其分支的心外膜旁道射频消融治疗安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the methodology, effectiveness and safety of radiofrequency ablation of coronary sinus and its branches in cold saline irrigation. Methods 11 cases of endocardial endocardial mapping and ablation failed, measured by the coronary sinus or its branches within the bypass potential or AV (VA), the fusion, the application of common temperature control or cold saline perfusion temperature Control electrodes, radiofrequency ablation in the coronary sinus or its branches. Results All 11 patients had successful ablation. Conclusion Coronary sinus and its branch epicardial radiofrequency ablation are safe and effective.
