患者,男,23岁,因“车祸伤40 h”由外院转入我院.受伤部位为右上腹,以右上腹肝区疼痛明显,无明显发热、恶心、呕吐. 查体: 生命体征平稳,皮肤、巩膜轻度黄染;右侧胸部呼吸动度受限;上腹部压痛明显,轻度反跳痛及肌紧张,肝区叩痛明显,移动性浊音阳性.
