以再生式液体发射药火炮(RLPG)的液体药喷射为工程应用背景,研究了利用脉冲X射线成像分析液体发射药拟射流的实验方法,提供了一种相应测定射流喷射雾化形态和内部结构的测试系统,得到了多种喷口结构所形成的高压射流在喷射过程中的多幅连续X光照片,为相对准确分析射流雾化原理提供了实验依据.该测试系统较好地解决了高压密封问题,可以研究不同喷射压力、不同反压及多种喷嘴结构,对射流雾化形态的影响,并对阴影照相与X光成像两种技术进行了比较.
Based on the background of engineering application of liquid propellant gun (RLPG), the experimental method for analyzing the projectile of liquid projectile using pulsed X-ray imaging was studied. The experimental results of jet spray atomization morphology and internal structure The multi-continuous X-ray photographs of high-pressure jet formed by a variety of nozzle structures during jetting are obtained, which provides an experimental basis for relatively accurate analysis of jet atomization theory. The test system solves the problem of high pressure sealing well, and can study the influence of different jet pressure, different backpressure and multiple nozzle structures on jet atomization, and compare the two technologies of shadow photography and X-ray imaging.
