目的 探讨涎腺非肿瘤性疾病所引起的口腔微生态的变化。方法 2 9例患者 ,包括 11例舍格伦综合征 (SS)、10例腮腺良性肥大及 8例慢性腮腺炎和 10名正常对照者。收集其混合唾液和腮腺液并进行口腔内 5种常见致病菌的鉴定及细菌总量的测定。结果 SS、腮腺慢性炎症患者混合唾液中需氧菌、厌氧菌、兼性链球菌及放线菌总数较对照组明显升高 ,SS患者混合唾液中的变链菌、乳酸菌总数较对照组明显升高 ;2例患者腮腺导管内有不同种类和数量的细菌存在。结论 腮腺非肿瘤性疾病可导致混合唾液及腮腺内细菌种类和数量的变化
Objective To investigate the changes of oral microecology caused by salivary gland non-neoplastic diseases. Methods Twenty-nine patients, including 11 patients with Sjogren's syndrome (SS), 10 benign parotid hypertrophy and 8 chronic parotitis and 10 normal controls were enrolled. The mixed saliva and parotid gland fluid were collected and identified five common pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity and the determination of total bacteria. Results The total number of aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, streptococcus and actinomyces in mixed saliva of patients with chronic parotid gland inflammation was significantly higher than that of the control group. The total number of Streptococcus mutans and lactic acid bacteria in mixed saliva of SS patients was significantly higher than that of the control group 2 patients had different kinds and quantity of bacteria in the parotid duct. Conclusions Parotid non-neoplastic diseases can cause changes in the types and numbers of bacteria in mixed saliva and parotid glands
