阿联酋是中东地区的石油富国。自2000年以来,随着世界石油价格的迅速回升,阿联酋石油收入增加,并投用于基础设施建设,承包工程市场异常活跃。预计2001年阿全国建筑行业总支出达100亿美元,比2000年增幅超过20％。除了石油,天然气工业领域的工程发包额大量增加以外,阿政府还继续贯彻经济多元化战略,加快发展本国石化、炼铝、食品加工、渔业和畜产资源综合利用等优势产业。对广大中国公司而言,阿承包工程市场极具发展潜力。
The UAE is a rich oil country in the Middle East. Since 2000, with the rapid recovery of world oil prices, the UAE’s oil revenue has increased and it has been used for infrastructure construction. The contract engineering market has been extremely active. It is estimated that in 2001, the total expenditure of the nation’s construction industry reached 10 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of more than 20% from 2000. In addition to the substantial increase in the amount of oil and gas projects in the natural gas industry, the Albanian government has continued to implement its economic diversification strategy and has accelerated the development of competitive industries such as domestic petrochemicals, aluminum production, food processing, and comprehensive utilization of fisheries and livestock resources. For the majority of Chinese companies, the Arab contractor engineering market has great potential for development.
