目的分析并探讨不同进餐顺序对糖尿病患者餐后血糖的影响。方法选择30例2型糖尿病患者,在血糖稳定且治疗方案不变的情况下,研究对象前后2 d进食相同热量及食物结构的配餐,比较不同的进餐顺序患者餐后血糖的差异。结果两天患者餐前血糖比较差异无统计学意义,先吃菜后吃饭进食顺序的餐后血糖优于先吃饭后吃菜进食顺序的餐后血糖。结论先吃菜后吃饭的进食顺序是一种对餐后血糖控制比较理想的进食方法 ,可操作性强值得广泛推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the influence of different meal order on postprandial blood glucose in diabetic patients. Methods Thirty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were enrolled in this study. When the blood glucose was stable and the treatment was unchanged, the subjects were given meal with the same calorie and food structure 2 days before and after the study, and the differences in postprandial blood glucose among different meal ordering patients were compared. Results There was no significant difference in pre-prandial glucose between the two groups. The postprandial blood glucose of eating order after eating first was better than the postprandial blood sugar of eating order after eating first. Conclusion The order of eating first after eating is a better way to control postprandial glycemic control. It is worth to be widely popularized.
