我国是一个人口众多的国家,所以对于水利工程的需求量也就相对比较大,尤其是对于一些水资源严重缺乏的地区更是需要加大对水利工程设施的修建。水利工程的建设是国家建设工程中非常重要的一个组成部分,其不仅可以为人们的生产与生活提供便利的条件,也可以对国家的防洪抗洪能力、航运能力以及灌溉能力都有着很大的提升作用。但是目前在我国的水利工程当中却存在着很多的问题,尤其是对于生态环境的影响表现地尤为明显。鉴于此,本文先分析了水利工程建设过程汇总对生态环境的不利影响,并进一步提出了实施生态水利工程建设的具体措施。

The construction of water conservancy projects is a very important component of the national construction project. It not only provides convenient conditions for people’s production and life, but also greatly enhances the flood control and flood fighting capacity, shipping capacity and irrigation capacity of the country effect. However, there are still many problems in water conservancy projects in our country at present, especially the impact on the ecological environment is particularly obvious. In view of this, this paper first analyzes the adverse effects of the summary of the construction process of water conservancy projects on the ecological environment, and further puts forward specific measures for implementing the construction of ecological water conservancy projects.
