研究了淬火时效工艺对AA7085铝合金挤压棒材的力学性能、断裂特征及显微组织的影响.结果表明:经分级固溶和双级时效,合金强度随着第二级时效时间的延长先升高然后下降;断裂韧性先随第二级时效时间的延长而上升,到6 h后开始下降.优化后的淬火时效工艺参数为:460℃×4 h+478℃×0.5 h固溶,水淬后120℃×12 h+160℃×4 h时效,析出第二相细小、均匀,晶界为不连续的颗粒沉淀相,达到弥散强化效果;合金的断裂方式为典型的穿晶韧性断裂.
