教育过程公平主要有平等对待学生、差异对待学生、弱生援助三个维度的公平。调查发现,教师最认可弱生援助是教育过程公平的内涵,77.2%的教师认为:弱生援助在班级授课制下是个难题,54.3%的教师反映不知道如何关照优生,50.2%的教师在班级授课制下不知道如何针对每个学生的问题实施教学。我们在分析调查数据后认为,在班级授课制下实现教育过程公平,需要将教学组织形式变为合作学习形式,将因材施教转变为顺势为学。
The fairness of education process mainly treats students equally, and treats students equally and gives fairness to the three dimensions of impoverished students. The survey found that teachers most imply that the education of impoverished students is the fair meaning of education process. 77.2% of teachers think that the impoverished students’ aid is a difficult problem under the class teaching system, 54.3% of the teachers do not know how to take care of eugenics, 50.2% Under the teaching system do not know how to implement the teaching of each student’s problems. After analyzing the survey data, we believe that to achieve a fair education process under the class-based teaching system, we need to change the teaching organization form into a cooperative learning form and change the teaching of students according to their aptitudes into a trend-following course.
