目的分析北京市密云区性病门诊15岁以上男性就诊者监测结果,为有关部门制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法对密云区两家艾滋病监测哨点医院性病门诊男性就诊者进行问卷调查并采集血液进行检测,收集数据结果进行统计分析。结果 2010-2014年共监测北京市密云区性病门诊男性就诊者1 046人,年龄以20~59岁为主(93.79%)。艾滋病知识知晓率为37.19%,且卡方趋势检验发现呈逐年下降的趋势(χ~2=4.20,P=0.04);各年份间有非婚性伴的人数比例在逐年下降(χ~2=33.62,P<0.01),与非婚性伴发生性行为时,从未用过安全套的比例为37.48%,呈逐年下降趋势(χ~2=14.62,P<0.01);五年间淋病、尖锐湿疣检出率呈下降趋势(χ~2=16.32、16.37,P<0.01)。外省流动人口性病检出率高于本地户籍人群(χ~2=7.68,P<0.01),且卡方趋势检验提示本地户籍男性就诊者性病检出率呈逐年下降趋势(χ~2=21.99,P<0.01)。2010-2014年共检出艾滋病病毒抗体阳性4例,阳性检出率为0.38%。结论有关部门应加大艾滋病知识的宣传教育力度,提高人群艾滋病知识知晓率,同时加强对外省流动人口性病的筛查及相关知识的宣传工作。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of male patients over the age of 15 in the STD clinic of Miyun District in Beijing and provide the scientific basis for the relevant departments to formulate relevant policies. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on male patients in STD clinics in two HIV surveillance sentinel hospitals in Miyun District. Blood samples were collected for testing, and the data were collected for statistical analysis. Results A total of 1 046 male attendants at STD clinics in Miyun District, Beijing were monitored during 2010-2014. The age ranged from 20 to 59 years (93.79%). AIDS knowledge awareness rate was 37.19%, and the chi-square test showed a trend of declining year by year (χ ~ 2 = 4.20, P = 0.04); the proportion of non-marital partners decreased year by year (χ ~ 2 = 33.62, P <0.01). The percentage of condom patients who never used condoms was 37.48%, showing a declining trend year by year (χ ~ 2 = 14.62, P <0.01) The detection rate showed a downward trend (χ ~ 2 = 16.32,16.37, P <0.01). The detection rate of sexually transmitted diseases among floating population in other provinces was higher than that of the local population (χ ~ 2 = 7.68, P <0.01), and the chi-square test showed that the detection rate of sexually transmitted diseases in local residents decreased year by year (χ ~ 2 = 21.99, P <0.01). From 2010 to 2014, 4 cases of HIV positive were detected, the positive rate was 0.38%. Conclusion The relevant departments should step up publicity and education on HIV / AIDS knowledge and raise awareness of HIV / AIDS among the population, and at the same time, strengthen the screening of STDs among floating population in other provinces and the publicity of relevant knowledge.
