为了研究冷再生混合料的性能特点与验证冷再生技术的可靠适用性,现场抽样某沥青路面改建工程的沥青混合料,进行冷再生技术的室内试验。试验分析评价了沥青路面旧料的性能特点,并设计了2种不同级配方案,进行了以无机结合料(水泥、石灰和二灰)和乳化沥青为添加剂的冷再生混合料基本性能研究。试验结果表明:添加剂的加入使旧混合料的性能得到改善,且不同类型添加剂稳定冷再生混合料的性能不同,可用作不同情况的道路再生层;研究结果可为冷再生技术的理论研究与实践应用提供参考。同时结合国内冷再生技术的工程应用实例,分析了目前该项技术存在的关键问题并指出解决思路。
In order to study the performance characteristics of cold reclaimed composites and to verify the reliable applicability of cold reclamation techniques, on-site sampling of asphalt mixture in a asphalt pavement alteration project was carried out for laboratory testing of cold reclamation technology. The performance characteristics of the old material of asphalt pavement were evaluated and analyzed. Two different grading schemes were designed. The basic properties of cold reclaimed material with inorganic binder (cement, lime and lime) and emulsified asphalt were studied. The results show that the additives can improve the properties of the old mixture, and the properties of different types of additives can be used as the road regeneration layer in different situations. The results of the study can be used for the theoretical study of cold regeneration technology and Provide practical reference. At the same time, with the examples of engineering application of domestic cold regeneration technology, the key problems existing in the technology are analyzed and the solutions are pointed out.
