针对当前对标枪左侧技术研究不足的情况,应用运动学、生物力学等学科的基础理论知识,结合标枪项目的专项特点。本文着重对左腿、左臂在投掷标枪的交叉步与最后用力两个重要阶段的工作方法进行说明与研究。
In the light of the current lack of technical research on the left side of the javelin, the basic theoretical knowledge of kinematics and biomechanics is applied in combination with the special features of the javelin project. This article focuses on the left leg, left arm javelin throwing jumpers in the cross-step and the final force of two important stages of work methods for illustration and research.
