目的 :观察参芪胶囊对免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用6 0 Co照射造模和注射环磷酰胺 ,对体液和细胞免疫功能等指标进行了研究。结果 :参芪胶囊可提高小鼠脾、胸腺指数 ,对抗6 0 Co对小鼠骨髓的抑制作用 ,增强小鼠的非特异性和特异性免疫功能。结论 :提示参芪胶囊能提高机体免疫能力 ,增强骨髓造血功能
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenqi Capsule on immune function. Methods: The model of 60 Co irradiation and cyclophosphamide injection were used to study the humoral and cellular immune functions. RESULTS: Shenqi Capsule could increase the spleen and thymus index of mice, resist the inhibition of mouse bone marrow by 60 Co, and enhance the nonspecific and specific immune function of mice. Conclusion: It is suggested that Shenqi Capsule can improve the body immunity and enhance bone marrow hematopoietic function.
