会聚技术是高度融合的新技术,是高技术发展的最高阶段,亦是具有高度道德风险的新技术。会聚技术在提升人类能力的同时,也正在掀开“潘多拉之盒”。会聚技术将严峻挑战传统社会人类的道德底线,甚至会对传统道德进行颠覆性改变。会聚技术衍生的最大道德难题是种属伦理难题;其次是可能撼动传统道德谱系,引发社会伦理秩序混乱,并导致生态伦理秩序的解构。因此,须构建“公众-企业-政府-全球”的会聚技术主体的伦理新秩序。
Convergence technology is a highly integrated new technology, the highest stage of high-tech development and a new technology with a high moral hazard. Convergence technology is also lifting the Pandora’s Box while promoting human capabilities. Convergence technology will harshly challenge the moral bottom line of humankind in traditional societies and will even cause disruptive changes to traditional morals. Convergence technology derived from the most ethical conundrum ethical problems; secondly, it may shake the traditional ethical pedigree, triggering social chaos disorder and lead to the deconstruction of ecological ethical order. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a new ethical order of “public-enterprise-government-global” convergence technology subject.
