一、前言流动电化学检测器作为一种灵敏的分析工具,在高压液相色谱和离子交换色谱工作中,已经得到比较广泛的研究和应用。二步流动伏安法,在国外已成为快速测定溶液中不同价态离子的技术。这种技术,通常是在第一柱电极上加固定电压,使干扰离子还原或氧化,以消除干扰,控制第二柱电极的电压,使欲测离子氧化或还原,根据产生的电流进行定量分析。
