现在全民保障,新农合、职工及居民医保、铁路医保、航天医保及保险公司的大病保险等。各种保险的政策百花齐放,有的保险带有营利的色彩,和政府财政统筹性质的保险衔接并不一致,对医院的管理也各不相同。这些保险的结算也由以前的各报销单位受理转化为由医院代为结算垫付资金给病人,这就对医院的结算人员、医保办和农合办的管理人员紧密合作提出了更高的要求。三甲医院如何配合好各合作单位落实好政策及做好垫付资金的回收特别重要。本文将对某地级市三甲医院代办报销服务及代各报销单位垫资的管理进行分析探讨,以更好地服务患者,加强资金回收。
