目的:人类β-防御素(β-defensins hBDs)是一类具广谱抗微生物活性的小分子阳离子多肽,在人体多种器官尤其是粘膜上皮细胞中广泛存在,起着重要的屏障防御作用。由于hBD-2在粘膜上皮组织受炎症刺激呈诱导性表达,提示其在机体粘膜防御中的作用更为突出。本研究旨在探索建立不仅能有效表达和分泌人类β-防御素-2而且其表达产物易于被检测和分离纯化的哺乳类动物型工程细胞的可能性及技术路
OBJECTIVE: Human beta-defensins (hBDs) are a class of small-molecule cationic peptides with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. They are widely found in many organs of the human body, especially mucosal epithelial cells and play an important barrier defense role. As hBD-2 in mucosal epithelium was induced by inflammatory stimuli, suggesting that its role in the body mucosal defense is more prominent.
