干旱胁迫对夏蜡梅幼苗生理特征的影响

以1年生夏蜡梅幼苗为试验材料,通过盆栽控水法研究了干旱胁迫对夏蜡梅幼苗生理特征的影响,并分析了其主要抗旱机制,以期总结夏蜡梅幼苗的灌溉措施。结果表明:夏蜡梅幼苗的保护酶系统活性表现为相互协调的作用,同时丙二醛(MDA)含量与保护酶活性存在极大相关性;可溶性蛋白(SP)在干旱期间上升缓慢,而游离脯氨酸(Pro)上升迅速。主成分分析结果表明,夏蜡梅幼苗对轻度干旱有一定耐受力,中度和重度干旱对其伤害较大。因此,在华东地区将夏蜡梅作为园林绿化树种推广时,旱季应注意及时灌溉。 The effects of drought stress on the physiological characteristics of C. chinensis seedlings were studied by using potted water control method. The main drought resistance mechanism was analyzed in order to summarize the irrigation measures of A. chinensis seedlings. The results showed that the activity of protective enzyme system of C. chinensis seedlings showed a coordinative effect. Meanwhile, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) had a significant correlation with the activity of protective enzymes. The content of soluble protein (SP) increased slowly during drought period, Proline (Pro) increased rapidly. The principal component analysis showed that the seedlings of C. chinensis had some tolerance to mild drought, moderate and severe drought harmed them more. Therefore, in the East China region as a landscaping tree species to promote the winter dry season should pay attention to timely irrigation.
