本文研究壳聚糖-左氧氟沙星长效缓释敷料的皮肤刺激性和烧伤治疗效果。通过参照GB/T16886.10-2005评价该敷料的皮肤刺激性,同时制备烧伤兔模型,分为三组,空白对照组用凡士林油纱包扎,阳性对照组用纳米银创伤贴包扎,实验样品组用壳聚糖-左氧氟沙星长效缓释敷料包扎,分别于3、6、9、14、21、28d进行伤口未愈合面积测量、羟脯氨酸含量及组织病理学检查。实验结果显示该敷料原发性刺激指数为0;实验样品组和阳性对照组在6、9、14、21d时,未愈合伤口面积均小于空白对照组(P<0.05),实验样品组在9d和14d时其未愈合伤口面积显著低于阳性对照组(P<0.05);实验样品组在6、9和14d时羟脯氨酸含量显著高于阳性对照组和空白对照组(P<0.05);通过病理学观察,在21d时实验样品组最早出现附属器。由此说明壳聚糖-左氧氟沙星长效缓释敷料的皮肤刺激性极轻微,能够有效促进烧伤创面愈合。
This article studies chitosan - levofloxacin sustained-release dressings skin irritation and burn treatment. The skin irritation of the dressing was evaluated by referring to GB / T16886.10-2005. At the same time, burn rabbits were prepared and divided into three groups. The blank control group was wrapped with Vaseline Yarn, the positive control group was wrapped with nano-silver wound dressing, the experimental group The chitosan-levofloxacin sustained-release dressing was used for dressing. The area of unhealed wound, hydroxyproline content and histopathology were examined at 3, 6, 9, 14, 21 and 28 days respectively. The experimental results showed that the dressing’s primary irritation index was 0. In the experimental group and the positive control group, the unhealed wound area at 6, 9, 14 and 21 days was smaller than that in the blank control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The contents of hydroxyproline in the experimental group at 6, 9 and 14 d were significantly higher than those in the positive control group and the blank control group (P <0.05) Pathological observation showed that appendix was the earliest appearing in the experimental group at 21 days. This shows that chitosan - levofloxacin sustained release dressings skin irritation is very slight, can effectively promote burn wound healing.
