日前,怀柔环卫中心对49名新职工进行了“弘扬时传祥精神、打造精品团队、奉献精品服务”岗前培训。培训内容包括岗位工作规范和工作流程,业务督察机制、考核机制和各岗位考核办法,以及交通安全、安全作业及单位内部规章制度等。培训旨在使新职工及时了解和掌握环卫中心的基本情况,尽快适应和满足环卫工作的岗位需求,为APEC会议的召开,共建文明怀柔、打造国际会都尽心出力。
A few days ago, Huairou sanitation center carried out 49 new employees, “Carrying forward the spirit of Chuanxiang, creating a quality team, dedication and quality service” and pre-job training. Training content includes job specifications and workflow, business inspector mechanism, assessment mechanism and various job evaluation methods, as well as traffic safety, safety operations and internal rules and regulations of the unit. The purpose of training is to enable new workers to keep abreast of and grasp the basic situation of environmental sanitation centers and to adapt and meet the post requirements of environmental sanitation as soon as possible so that all APEC meetings will be held together to build a civilized and humane culture and create an international conference.
