1.加入WTO,改革的推进主体已经从政府下移到企业自身。更为开放、充分的市场经济的内涵主要就是要大力发展民营经济。我们的社会应该有更多的创业精神,不是下岗工人太多,而是真正的老板太少。2.加入WTO,意味着每个企业无论是在哪条里弄、哪个乡镇注册的,都已经汇入了全球经济,WTO就是今后企业改革与发展的制度安排。3.加入WTO,就是创建了一种催生催死的机制,是先进向落后决战的开始。
1. Joining the WTO, the main body of the reform has been moved down from the government to the enterprises themselves. A more open and full connotation of market economy is to vigorously develop the private economy. Our society should have more entrepreneurial spirit. It is not too many laid-off workers, but too few real bosses. 2. Accession to the WTO means that every enterprise, no matter where it is acquired or which townships are registered, have already imported into the global economy, and the WTO is the institutional arrangement for the reform and development of the enterprises in the future. 3. The accession to the WTO is to create a mechanism that urges death to death and is the beginning of an advanced backward battle.
