本文应用火箭免疫电泳法测定了不同海拔地区正常人α_1抗胰蛋白酶(α_1AT)血清水平,平原地区(上海,海拔5米)327人,中度高原地区(西宁,海拔2260m)116人,高原地区(热水,海拔3700m)85人。同时还测定了肺气肿病人α_1AT血清水平(西宁地区97例,热水地区39例)。测定结果显示正常人α_1AT血清水平与年龄性别无关,随居住地海拔增高,α_1AT血清水平有增高趋势。中度高原地区肺气肿病人α_1AT血清水平与正常人无显著差别,高原地区的肺气肿病人α_1AT血清水平低于正常人,其机理尚需进一步探讨。
In this paper, serum alpha_1 antitrypsin (α_1AT) levels were measured by rocket immunoelectrophoresis. There were 327 plains (Shanghai, 5 meters above sea level) in the plain, 116 plains (Xining, 2260m above sea level) in the plateau (Hot water, elevation 3700m) 85 people. At the same time also measured emphysema patients α_1AT serum levels (Xining 97 cases, 39 cases of hot water). The results showed that the serum level of α_1AT in normal people had no relation with age and gender, and the serum level of α_1AT increased with the elevation of living place. The serum level of α_1AT in patients with emphysema in moderate high altitude area was not significantly different from that in normal people. The serum level of α_1AT in patients with emphysematous disease in the high altitude area was lower than that in normal people. The mechanism needs to be further explored.
