目的了解长治地区小学生营养知识态度和行为现状,为进一步开展营养宣教提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法抽取城区4~6年级小学生1 265名,对其进行营养知识、态度、行为方面的问卷调查。结果营养知识调查显示大部分营养知识知晓率较高,达60%以上,但个别营养知识知晓率较低,仅为6.32%和7.43%;健教学生油炸、腌制、烧烤食品的摄入频率明显低于非健教学生,且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);小学生目前主要通过电视、网络等大众媒体获取营养知识,而小学生更愿意以老师讲授的方式开展健康教育。结论长治地区小学生营养知识掌握尚可,但存在偏差,应有针对性地设计方案,多种宣教方式相结合,培养其良好的饮食行为习惯。
Objective To understand the nutritional status and behavior of pupils in Changzhi area and to provide basis for carrying out nutrition education. Methods A total of 1,265 pupils from grade 4 to grade 6 in urban areas were sampled by random cluster sampling and questionnaires were conducted on nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior. Results Nutritional knowledge survey showed that the awareness rate of most nutrition knowledge was higher than 60%, but the awareness rate of individual nutrition knowledge was low, only 6.32% and 7.43%. The frequency of frying, marinating and grilling foods of health education students (P <0.05). At present, primary school students gain nutrition knowledge mainly through the mass media such as television and internet, while primary school students prefer to teach health education by teachers. Conclusion The nutrition knowledge of primary school students in Changzhi district can still be mastered. However, there are some discrepancies in the nutritional knowledge of primary school students in Changzhi district. Designing programs should be targeted and various forms of education should be combined to cultivate their good eating behaviors.
