目的建立同时测定工作场所空气中2-甲氧基乙基乙酸酯(2-MEA)和2-乙氧基乙基乙酸酯(2-EEA)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法。方法空气样品采用活性炭管采集,以1.0 mL体积分数为5.00%(V/V)甲醇-二氯甲烷溶液解吸,毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器测定。结果 2-MEA和2-EEA分别在质量浓度为1.50~2 403.84和1.79~2 871.20 mg/L时线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.999 8;最低定量浓度分别为0.20和0.09mg/m~3(以采集3.00 L空气计);平均解吸效率分别为98.08%~99.67%和94.34%~99.79%;批内相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.77%~3.51%和1.72%~3.01%,批间RSD分别为2.27%~4.44%和2.31%~4.19%。样品在室温下至少可保存14 d。结论本方法适用于工作场所空气中2-MEA和2-EEA的采样及检测。
Objective To establish a solvent desorption-gas chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of 2-methoxyethyl acetate (2-MEA) and 2-ethoxyethyl acetate (2-EEA) in the workplace air. Methods Air samples were collected by activated charcoal tube and desorbed with 1.0 mL volumetric V / V methanol-methylene chloride solution. The samples were separated by capillary column and detected by flame ionization detector. Results The linearity of 2-MEA and 2-EEA were good at mass concentrations of 1.50-2 403.84 and 1.79-2.871.20 mg / L, respectively. The correlation coefficients were both 0.999 8 and the lowest concentrations were 0.20 and 0.09 mg / m 3, respectively The average relative standard deviations (RSD) within the batch were 1.77% ~ 3.51% and 1.72% ~ 3.01%, respectively. The inter-batch RSD were 2.27% ~ 4.44% and 2.31% ~ 4.19% respectively. Samples can be stored for at least 14 days at room temperature. Conclusion This method is suitable for sampling and testing 2-MEA and 2-EEA in the air of the workplace.
