目的探讨宫血宁胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗排卵期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月—2014年1月在苏州市中西医结合医院接受治疗的排卵期功能失调性子宫出血患者132例,按用药不同将患者分为对照组(60例)与观察组(72例)。对照组患者予以安络血片治疗,观察组患者予以宫血宁胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、月经改善及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为98.6%,高于对照组的88.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者月经周期、行经期及月经量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者月经周期与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者行经期短于对照组,月经量少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后月经周期、行经期短于治疗前,月经量少于治疗前(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应。结论宫血宁胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗排卵期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果显著,能缩短行经期,减少月经量,改善患者预后,不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gongxuening capsule combined with estradiol valerate on dysfunctional uterine bleeding during ovulation. Methods A total of 132 patients with ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated in Suzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (72 cases) example). Patients in the control group were treated with Anluo Blood Tablet, while patients in the observation group were treated with Gongxuening Capsule and estradiol valerate. The clinical efficacy, menstrual improvement and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.6%, which was higher than that of the control group (88.3%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in menstrual cycle, menstrual period and menstrual flow between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the menstrual cycle in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group (P> 0.05). After treatment, the menstrual period in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the menstrual flow was less than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the menstrual cycle and the menstrual cycle in both groups were shorter than those before treatment, and the menstrual flow was less than before treatment (P <0.05). There was no serious adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion Gongxuening Capsule combined with estradiol valerate in treatment of ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding has a significant clinical effect, can shorten the menstrual period, reduce menstrual flow, improve patient prognosis, fewer adverse reactions.
