目的:优选产康乐颗粒中黄芩苷的提取工艺。方法:以产康乐颗粒中干膏得率和黄芩苷的含量为评价指标,用水提取,选择溶媒倍量、浸泡时间、提取时间为主要影响因素并各取3水平,选择能直观反映提取效率的干膏得率和主要有效成分转移率,结果:最佳提取条件为第1次加水10倍量,煎煮1.5 h,第2次加水8倍量,煎煮1 h。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可为产康乐颗粒中黄芩苷的提取工艺的确定提供依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction of baicalin from Kangle Granule. Methods: The dry extract yield and baicalin content of producing Kangle granules were used as evaluation indexes. Water extraction, selection of solvent times, soaking time and extraction time were the main influential factors, and each level was taken as 3 levels. The selection could directly reflect the extraction efficiency Dry extract yield and the main active ingredient transfer rate, the results: the best extraction conditions for the first 10 times the amount of water, boiling 1.5 h, the second 8 times the amount of water, boiling 1 h. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can provide the basis for the determination of baicalin in Kanglu Granule.
