随着近年来我国经济进入新常态,市场竞争加剧,部分工程机械代理商没有及时转变经营思路,依旧增大促销力度,利用信用销售“低首付”、“零首付”的方式大量抢占代理市场,导致行业债权规模进一步扩大,使得债权回款压力持续增加。为此,工程机械代理商必须采取一定措施逐步控制以信用方式进行销售的规模,同时抑制债权的扩大,由于债权规模维持高位,而下游行业盈利能力普遍不强,使得现有债权产生呆坏账的风险提高。在新常态下,如何在债权管理方面变被动的适应为主动的引领,是每一位工程机械代理商必须面对和思考的课题,本文拟就工程机械代理商的债权管理进行研究。
