以伤根、留叶数、上部叶不同采收方式3因素组合按L9(34)正交试验研究了K326上部叶烟碱含量及某些生理性状的变化。结果表明:各处理上部叶烟碱含量与对照相比总体上呈下降趋势。伤根面对上部叶烟碱含量的影响最大,达极显著水平;留叶数和不同采收方式对上部叶烟碱含量的影响达显著水平。各处理烟株上部叶的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和硝酸还原酶活性总体呈下降趋势;在3面伤根的影响下,上部叶气孔导度显著降低,而12、面伤根的影响无明显规律。
The changes of nicotine content and some physiological traits in the upper leaves of K326 were studied by orthogonal experiment L9 (34) with 3 factors combinations of injury roots, leaves retained, and different recovery methods of upper leaves. The results showed that the content of nicotine in the upper leaves of all treatments showed a decreasing trend as a whole compared with the control. The effect of root surface on the content of nicotine in the upper leaves was the most significant, reaching a significant level. The number of leaves and the different harvesting methods had a significant effect on the nicotine content in the upper leaves. The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and nitrate reductase activity of the upper leaves of all treatments showed a downward trend. The stomatal conductance of the upper leaves was significantly reduced under the influence of 3-sided wound roots, while the effect of 12 was not obvious law.
