用RIA法和放射性TLC法分别测定血小板内cAMP和(~(14)C)-AA代谢产物的含量。PGE_1能协同CI-930升高血小板内cAMP水平,同时,不改变CI-930对(~(14)C)-AA代谢产物生成的影响。SQ-22536在100μmol·L~(-1)时不能改变CI-930升高血小板内cAMP含量和影响AA代谢的作用。提示CI-930对AA代谢的影响可能与其升高细胞内cAMP水平的作用无关。
The levels of cAMP and (~ (14) C) -AA metabolites in platelets were measured by RIA and radioactive TLC respectively. PGE_1 synergizes with CI-930 to increase platelet cAMP levels, while not changing the effect of CI-930 on the production of (~ (14) C) -AA metabolites. SQ-22536 at 100μmol·L -1 could not change the content of cAMP in platelets and the effect of AA metabolism on CI-930. It is suggested that the effect of CI-930 on AA metabolism may not be related to the effect of increasing the intracellular cAMP level.
