讯问是指在刑事诉讼中行使国家公权力的专门机关及其工作人员依照法定程序就犯罪的有关事实以言词方式向嫌疑人、被告人提问,以促使他们陈述的一种诉讼行为。讯问是公诉工作重要的一环,它的质量直接影响办案质量和开庭效果,是公诉活动成败的关键。本文就讯问的合法性、针对性和逻辑性谈谈个人拙见。
Interrogation refers to the litigation conducted by specialized agencies and their staff members exercising state public order in criminal proceedings to question suspects and defendants verbally in accordance with legal procedures concerning the facts of the crime so as to prompt them to make representations. Interrogation is an important part of public prosecution work. Its quality directly affects the quality of case handling and the effectiveness of the hearing, which is the key to the success or failure of public prosecution activities. This article discusses the legitimacy of the inquiry, pertinence and logic to talk about personal humble opinion.
