在磷化氢一定浓度范围内对澳大利亚昆士兰的谷蠹、米象、锯谷盗和赤拟谷盗的实验室和实仓品系进行熏蒸实验。根据实验,在熏蒸20小时可以鉴别出这四种害虫的敏感个体和抗性个体的浓度分别为0.03、0.04、0.04和0.03毫克/升。需用其它浓度鉴别已检出的抗性和可能更高的抗性。鉴别浓度试验表明实仓谷蠹和米象对磷化氢普遍产生抗性,但锯谷盗或赤拟谷盗则不普遍。暴露20小时筛选的抗性品系的抗性系数分别为备蠹20倍、米象4倍、锯谷盗3倍。
Fumigation experiments were conducted on laboratory and real-life lines of Beauveria bassophyllum, Myobials, Sawgrass and Tribolium in Queensland, Australia, over a range of concentrations of phosphine. According to the experiments, the concentrations of sensitive and resistant individuals that could identify these four pests at fumigation 20 hours were 0.03, 0.04, 0.04 and 0.03 mg / L, respectively. Other concentrations are required to identify the detected resistance and possibly higher resistance. Discriminant concentration tests showed that M. giganteus and M. meridian were generally resistant to phosphine but Sawatra or Tribolium was not common. The resistance coefficient of the resistant strains screened for 20 hours were 20 times as much as Bemisia tabaci, 4 times as long as Bemisia tabaci, and 3 times as long as Sawatzia.
