体育服务性产品差异化,可以实现与众不同的产品特性和观赏体验效果,使产品具有不完全替代性,从而提高体育产业的竞争力。本文运用豪泰林模型,并以NBA2007中国赛为例,分析了体育服务性产品的差异化影响因素,将产品差异作为主要的战略变量,提升体育企业的市场竞争力。
Differentiated sports service products, you can achieve unique product characteristics and viewing experience, so that products have an incomplete alternative, so as to enhance the competitiveness of the sports industry. This article uses the Houtai Lin model, taking the NBA 2007 China Games as an example, analyzes the influencing factors of differentiated sports service products and takes product differentiation as the main strategic variable to enhance the market competitiveness of sports enterprises.
