目的:探讨垂体腺瘤患者血浆NPY与垂体腺瘤之间的相关关系。方法:采取82例垂体腺瘤患者及20例对照组术前、术后空腹静脉血各3mL,对其进行血浆NPY的放射免疫测定分析。结果:NPY在垂体腺瘤组与对照组中血浆含量明显不同,垂体腺瘤组血浆NPY含量高于对照组;全组垂体腺瘤手术后血浆NPY的含量明显下降,而对照组不明显。结论:NPY参与了垂体腺瘤患者下丘脑-垂体轴许多激素的调节,可能与垂体腺瘤的发生有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma NPY and pituitary adenoma in patients with pituitary adenoma. Methods: The preoperative and postoperative fasting venous blood of 82 patients with pituitary adenoma and 20 patients of control group were treated with 3 mL each, and the plasma NPY radioimmunoassay was performed. Results: The plasma levels of NPY in pituitary adenoma group were significantly different from those in the control group. The content of plasma NPY in pituitary adenoma group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The plasma levels of NPY in the pituitary adenoma group were significantly decreased, but not in the control group. CONCLUSION: NPY is involved in the regulation of many hormones in hypothalamic-pituitary axis in patients with pituitary adenoma, which may be related to the development of pituitary adenoma.
