通过改变HDI齐聚物合成反应的条件,探讨了齐聚物的组成和分子量对涂膜性能的影响。测定了固化剂用量与涂膜表干时间的关系,表干时间随固化剂用量的增多而减短。热重分析法(TGA)对涂膜的耐热性进行了考察,随着固化剂用量的增加,涂膜交联程度增大,耐热性提高。测定了涂膜的各项物理和化学性能,结果显示,涂膜具有优异的性能,附着力、冲击强度、柔韧性达到了涂料标准的一级水平,具有高的光泽和硬度,并且耐水性和耐化学药品性能优良。
By changing the conditions of the HDI oligomer synthesis reaction, the influence of the composition and molecular weight of the oligomer on the properties of the coating film was discussed. The relationship between the amount of curing agent and the drying time of the coating film was determined. The drying time of the coating agent was reduced with the increase of the curing agent dosage. Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) on the heat resistance of the coating were investigated, with the amount of curing agent increases, the degree of crosslinking of the coating increases, heat resistance increased. The physical and chemical properties of the coating were measured. The results show that the coating has excellent performance, adhesion, impact strength, flexibility to a coating level of the standard, with high gloss and hardness, and water resistance and Good chemical resistance.
