随着职业教育的飞速发展,职业学校的教育职能发生了重大变化。如何适应社会经济的多元化需求,培养具有职业道德和职业能力、德才兼备的各行各业人才是职业学校面临的首要研究课题。作为职业学校的教师,首先必须培养与提高学生的职业意识,学生如果不具备职业意识,职业道德和职业能力也就无从谈起。职业意识应该包括树立自信意识、强化责任意识、培养服从意识、提高技能意识。
With the rapid development of vocational education, the educational functions of vocational schools have undergone major changes. How to adapt to the diversified needs of the society and economy and to cultivate professionals with professional ethics and professional abilities, with the ability of both ability and political integrity, is the most important research topic that vocational schools are facing. As a vocational school teacher, we must first cultivate and improve students’ vocational awareness, students without professional awareness, professional ethics and professional ability also can not talk about. Professional awareness should include establishing self-confidence, strengthening the sense of responsibility, cultivating obedience and raising awareness of skills.
