前些时候,我对上海、杭州两地四个建材企业的职工教育工作进行了一些调查。调查情况表明,这些企业的职工教育工作已取得一定的成绩,但也存在一些问题,亟待研究解决。概括地讲,这些企业都已开始重视职工教育工作,逐步建立了职工教育机构和制度;注意在调查了解本企业职工队伍文化、技术水平现状的基础上,制订出培训规划,安排好每一阶段的学习,从多班制生产的实际情况出发,采取多种形式办学,以妥善解决生产与学习的矛盾;到目前为止,各企业在数量上都完成或超额完成了上级主管部门下达的双补任务;这些企业,还比较注意改进教学方法,提高教学效果;进行考核,并把双补考核成绩与职工奖金分配联系起来。同时以思想政治工作和宣传鼓动工作,配合职工教育工作,在企业内造成
