组织文化是组织社会学领域的研究热题。国外学者Schein对组织文化的定义具有代表性,国内学者大都是在Schein的观点基础上对组织文化加以定义,探讨组织文化对组织效能的影响,及着眼于以量与质并行研究的方法研究组织文化。这大多都是从宏观整体层面出发,而本文将对组织文化的本质及其类型进行归纳,进而说明不同的组织文化类型给企业带来的绩效与承诺的不同,凸显组织文化的多元性,并对中国企业发展选择组织文化的重要性进行说明,希望企业公司的发展开始重视和创建属于自己的组织文化。
Organizational culture is a hot topic in the field of organizational sociology. Foreign scholars Schein has a representative definition of organizational culture.
