高淳县二次供水卫生状况调查

目的了解高淳县城二次供水单位卫生状况,针对存在的问题提出改进建议。方法对全县7家二次供水单位的卫生管理、消毒制度进行调查,监测二次供水水质,按国家标准进行检测与评价。结果 7家单位均有兼职卫生管理人员各1人,仅2家建立了卫生档案及每年进行一次以上的清洗及消毒,所有单位均无有效卫生许可证、卫生管理制度及消毒记录。两年共采水样56份,合格30份,合格率为53.57%,2010和2011年合格率分别为50%和57.14%。冬春季节水质合格率为71.42%,夏秋季节水质合格率为35.71%。结论高淳县二次供水水质状况存在不同程度的二次污染,应建立二次供水设施的预防性监督机制,加大对二次供水设施卫生监督执法力度及水质监测频率。供水设施单位应加强卫生管理和清洗消毒制度落实,确保居民饮用水卫生安全。 Objective To understand the health status of secondary water supply units in Gaochun County and to make suggestions for improvement according to the existing problems. Methods The health management and disinfection system of 7 secondary water supply units in the county were investigated. The quality of secondary water supply was monitored and tested and evaluated according to national standards. Results Each of the seven units had one part-time health management staff member. Only two of them had health files and cleaned and disinfected more than once a year. All units did not have effective health permits, sanitation management systems and disinfection records. In the two years, a total of 56 water samples were collected, of which 30 were qualified, with a passing rate of 53.57%. The passing rates in 2010 and 2011 were 50% and 57.14% respectively. The qualified rate of water quality in winter and spring was 71.42%, and the passing rate of water quality in summer and autumn was 35.71%. Conclusion There are secondary pollution to the secondary water quality in Gaochun County. Preventive supervision mechanism of secondary water supply facilities should be established to increase the health supervision and law enforcement of secondary water supply facilities and the frequency of water quality monitoring. Water supply facilities should strengthen the health management and cleaning and disinfection system implementation, to ensure that residents drinking water health and safety.
