目的了解10a间托幼集体儿童健康状况变化趋势,为制定幼儿园保健管理措施提供依据。方法对仪征市16所幼儿园集体儿童2000-2009年健康检查结果进行统计分析。结果儿童体重达标率、身高达标率、肥胖检出率逐年提高,营养不良患病率呈下降趋势;贫血检出率在1.25%～5.23%之间,波动中有下降趋势;龋齿患病率呈下降趋势,但仍处在较高水平。2000年与2009年各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论仪征市集体儿童营养状况良好。应加强肥胖、营养不良、贫血儿童专案管理以及口腔保健管理工作。 Objective To understand the ten-day child care status of child care trends, to provide the basis for the development of kindergarten health management measures. Methods A total of 16 kindergartens in Yizheng collective children from 2000 to 2009, the results of a statistical analysis of health checks. Results The children’s rate of body weight compliance, height compliance and obesity increased year by year with the prevalence of malnutrition decreasing. The prevalence of anemia was between 1.25% and 5.23% with a decreasing trend. The prevalence of caries was Down trend, but still at a high level. There was a significant difference between 2000 and 2009 (P <0.01). Conclusion Yizheng collective child nutrition is good. Adolescent obesity, malnutrition, project management of children with anemia and oral health management should be strengthened.
