万丰村,位于宝安县沙井镇,距深圳50公里,广州125公里。自1984年以来,在党的改革开放政策领导下,在全国农村率先推行股份制,尝试建立了新型社会主义农村模式——“万丰模式”。截止1992年上半年,万丰村不但发展了64家企业,且已分别在海南、东莞、中山、惠州等地注册公司,参股于深圳的3个大型企业,拥有固定资产4亿元,流动资金1亿元,年均创利创汇分别在3500万元、8100万港元以上。村民年均收入8千元,人均住房50平方米,90%家庭有别墅,达到小康水平,形成了“股份制户户致富,共有制人人当家”的局面。一、工业发展过程 (一)重振集体经济,大力兴办工业。历史上,万丰村最好的年景,全村收入不到60万元(1978年),人均收入349元(1980年)。1981年土地承包后,万丰村相继产生了100多个专业户和300多个万元户。但
