(一)省级:包括23个省(含台湾省),5个自治区,3个直辖市,共31个。(二)地级:包括113个地区和185个地级市,30个自治州,8个盟,35个京、津、沪的市辖区,共371个。(三)县级:包括226个县级市,116个自治县,3个自治旗,1741个县,51个旗,3个特区,1个工农区,1个林区,613个市辖区(不含京、津、沪的市辖区)共2794个。
