根据炼油厂气体分离装置脱戊烷塔的地位和作用 ,探讨了停开脱戊烷塔的可行性。研究中采用了非平衡级严格机理稳态模型仿真技术、基于统计模型的软测量技术和动态仿真技术等分析方法。对停开脱戊烷塔后的综合经济效益给出了详细而且定量的分析 ,在不同进料组分下 ,平均可以得到 1 85万元 /年的经济效益 ,但进料中C5浓度不同对效益的影响不可忽略。同时通过比较C5与MTBE的分离特性、MEOH与C4的共沸特性、灵敏板温度设定值对产品组分的影响等 ,对停开脱戊烷塔后装置操作参数的变化提出了建议。
According to the position and function of the depentanizer in refinery gas separation unit, the feasibility of stopping the de-depentanizer tower was discussed.
